The 2007 Audubon Society Watchlist indicates that, of all the kinds of birds under threat of extinction within the United States, it's the song birds that are, as a group, in the most serious condition. 90 songbirds are on the Watchlist, . That makes 41 percent of all the birds listed, more than any other kind of bird. Unless you're willing to accept a sky of diminished song, vote for strong environmental action.
