George W. Bush Refuses to Rule Out Bribery For Presidential LibraryPresident George W. Bush was just asked, given the concern that he may be receiving secret bribes during his presidency in the form of contributions to his presidential library, if he would disclose the names of the people and corporations who are paying him money into the presidential library fund. George W. Bush refused to commit to doing so. He said, "Some people like to give and don't particularly like their names to be disclosed... so we'll take that into consideration." Those are the actual words that came out of President Bush's mouth. He plans on taking money from people and from corporations, while President, and not disclosing where the money is coming from. Will the American people allow such open bribery to take place? Probably. All indications are that Americans are more concerned about whether Michael Jackson will be able to keep the Neverland Ranch.
Is the issue of water pollution wishy-washy? Well, clean water for drinking is a pretty straightforward idea. Support clean water for Michigan with this gently waving button for the Great Lakes State.
Kansas for Barack Obama for President of the United States! (bumper sticker)
Alaska is suffering the most of any state from global warming, as its fishing industry plummets and natural resources melt into mush. Alaska is for Obama, not McCain-Palin in 2008.
This bumper sticker declares, in dramatic red white and blue, that you may be patriotic, but you're no right-winger. You're a West Virginia progressive. Take the message with you on the road!
